Happy Birthday Singapore

After running singles events in Singapore for the last 10 years, I was given the opportunity to run singles events in Malaysia and Indonesia this year. I get to meet many wonderful eligible Malaysian and Indonesian singles who had stayed in Singapore for education or work before. One consistent thing they always say— Oh! You from Singapore? Singapore is VERY GOOD!!! 

I feel proud that my country is highly commendable by others and I am genuinely thankful to be part of it! :) 

On Singapore's 50th National Day celebration, I pray that Singapore continue to thrive with peace and prosperity for another 50 years and more! May our leaders be blessed with wisdom plus favor with Singaporeans and other nations. And every Singaporeans enjoy safety, health, wealth and happiness!!!

Appreciative ex-client

I met up with an ex-client over lunch last week to pass him a gift for his baby daughter. He met his wife at my board games event few years ago.

He admitted that he used to think that local women are hard to please, before I explained to him many ladies are not looking for a husband that earns more then them, but are looking for someone responsible, with a stable job and caring. He listened with an open-mind and attended my single event. He was impressed by the quality of the ladies there; they are not only pretty but kind at heart as well! He is very thankful that I encouraged him to attend social events for singles which he met his wife. Now he is enjoying the bliss of family life. I am overjoyed that he remembers and appreciates my assuring words and singles event!

First Muslim Parental Matchmaking

First Muslim Parental Matchmaking in Singapore

After running 4 sessions of Parental Matchmaking for the general public in Singapore. I decided to  organize a similar session for Muslim parents who are concerned about the marital status of their single children.

This is the first time we are conducting this for the Muslims. Based on my research, no one else has done this on a corporate level. I find a need for this session as Muslims are open to the idea of parents introducing potential life partners to them. Very excited to be able to help my fellow Muslim friends. Straits times featured about this event today.

These parents are comforted to  find
fellow parents who could identify with their feelings.

 

The next Parental Matchmaking for general public will be on 30th June, Tuesday, 7pm-10pm at Thr3e Bistro, 6 Raffles Boulevard Marina Square #01-07/08 Singapore 039594(Near City hall MRT). Price is $28 (Price includes GST, facilitation and a 15min talk about parental matchmaking etiquette)
